Homeowner Loading Friendly

Lowest load floor available! Great for heavy items & hand truck accessibility.  Even better, our 10 & 14 yard dumpsters offer lower wall heights of just 4 feet.  Perfect for easier loading over the sides.  Unlike other options utilizing challenging heights of 5 to 8 feet, we’ve kept ease of loading in mind on all of our sizes.

These units can handle a high load capacity, for heavy plaster, drywall, roofing shingles, and concrete removal.

Base Rental includes

• Dumpster for rental for 30 days
• Delivery & Pickup trucking within 15 miles of our location in Adrian
• Disposal Tonnage up to 3000 lbs

Rental Extras

• Additional Tonnage: $65/1000lbs, prorated
• Driveway Protection: $25 per rental
• Mattresses, Boxsprings, Tires, (rate varies upon size)

4 Main Rules

• No Paints, Liquids or Adhesives
• Mattresses, Boxsprings Tires, are subject to additional costs.
• No items above walls. $50 Minimum Fine.
• Dirt, Concrete Plaster and heavy materials, permitted with prior approval only
